Founded in 1969, Pugilist Club Niçois is the oldest English boxing club in Nice. A historical cornerstone of boxing in Nice, the club has passed on the values of respect, discipline, pushing one's limits, and passion for over 50 years.
Today, the club is experiencing a fresh momentum driven by a new Board of Directors, committed to preserving its heritage while developing new projects to pass on the passion for boxing to future generations.

Recreational boxing is open to anyone who wants to practice boxing without the obligation to compete. Sessions combine technique, cardio, physical conditioning, coordination, and partner work. Sparring may also be offered when appropriate for the skill level and desired by the participant. It's a complete activity to get active, progress, improve your fitness, and promote well-being in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

Lady Boxing is a form of boxing specifically designed for women of all skill levels. Sessions combine technique, cardio, strength training, physical conditioning, and partner work to improve fitness and build confidence. Sparring may also be offered when appropriate for the participant's level and desired by them, always within a structured, safe, and supportive environment.

Aimed at children and young people, educational boxing allows them to discover English boxing in a fun and progressive way, while developing coordination, motor skills, self-control, and respect for others.

The competitive section is for boxers who want to fully commit to competition. Training is demanding and combines technical and tactical work, physical preparation, conditioning, and mental development. Boxers participate in national competitions and receive support tailored to their level, goals, and progress. This type of training requires commitment, consistency, discipline, and a drive to push oneself to the limit.
